- Lawful Use Only

Owl TV is provided for personal, lawful entertainment. Owl TV and its team are not responsible for how users choose to use their access after purchase.


- Content & Copyright:

If any content offered by Owl TV is reported as infringing or unlawful, please notify us, and we will investigate and, if necessary, promptly remove the content.


- No Scams or Fraud:

We do not condone fraudulent behavior or scams of any kind. If your subscription cannot be delivered or replaced within the agreed warranty period, a refund (full or partial) may be issued, based on length of use and warranty terms.


- Warranty:

Warranty periods and service durations are listed in the product descriptions. Please check plan details before purchase. Replacements are normally processed within 24 hours if required.


- Support:

Support is available exclusively through Discord. When requesting help, always include your Invoice ID or payment details. Requests without this information may be ignored. Please allow up to 12 hours for a response.


- Payments & Privacy:

All payments are processed securely with cryptocurrency only (Litecoin, Bitcoin, or Ethereum). No sensitive personal data is required. VPNs are allowed for added privacy.
