We do not use email delivery. Immediately after your purchase, you must join our official Discord server and open a support ticket. Give us your Order ID, and we will hand you your login details right away.
Premium TV is our top-tier service (21k+ live channels, 136k+ movies) and is the only plan that includes 24/7 Channels and Adult Content, plus 7-day catch-up. Basic TV is our budget-friendly package (10k+ live channels, 28k+ movies) with 3-day catch-up, but it excludes 24/7 and Adult content.
You can only use the service on multiple screens at the same time if you buy a multi-device plan (e.g., 2 Devices, 4 Devices). If you buy a 1-Device plan and try to use it on two screens at the exact same time, the system will block your account.
We support almost everything. For the best experience, we recommend our dedicated OWL TV App (for Android/Firestick). You can also use Tivimate, IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV, Apple TV, iOS, Windows, and Smart TVs.
No. The price and any applicable discount are shown clearly before you complete payment.
A VPN is not required, but it is highly recommended if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocks IPTV or slows down your internet during live sports. If you experience buffering, restart your router, use an ethernet cable, or turn on a VPN.
